About TCF Contracting Ltd.
We are red seal carpenters in Victoria, BC, specializing in providing qualified tradespeople to assist firms in getting their jobs completed on schedule. Our company was formed in 2016 after two small family-owned enterprises joined forces to focus on crew supplementing.
We recognized that while quality staffing on building sites was essential, construction groups put minimal effort into HR as it was a strenuous and challenging task. It resulted in the creation of a labor-focused business that strives for excellence.
We currently have a young core of forty-three carpenters, apprentices, and supervisors, highly sought after by huge organizations for their positive attitude and eagerness to excel. We also have a large yard where we store specialized tools and equipment that empower clients.
Our team serves clients across Victoria, Westshore, Sooke, Nanaimo, Sydney, Duncan, Tofino, Esquimalt, Langford, Colwood, and the surrounding areas.

One of our most significant achievements has been our ability to recruit and retain top-level employees by valuing their opinions and providing them with opportunities they would typically not receive elsewhere. It’s enabled us to work on amazing assignments.
Our dream for the future is to expand our business further and begin our second venture of developing sustainable eco-lodges. We currently undertake many mass timber projects, which has been a big plus for the BC government in protecting the environment.
We also believe in giving back to society and, as part of that belief, sponsor many local athletes in combat sports.
