LUKAS WEBER

Superintendent

Lukas Weber

Luke started building custom homes in the Kootenays at the age of 16. He completed all of his carpentry education at the trades school in Nelson while working residential jobs. He has experience in a variety of carpentry settings, from residential to commercial, framing to concrete, but has always enjoyed framing and finishing carpentry the most. Two years ago he moved to the west coast and persued new experiences working in the commercial building industry with Campbell Construction. His experience there was positive and important for his understanding of carpentry as a whole, but he decided to join the TCF family and has never looked back. Here, he enjoys his leadership role; teaching other carpenters and sharing the skills he has obtained from his experiences as a builder. He loves working for TCF- a company that is adaptable to the ever-changing, rapidly growing needs of the industry; breeds positive, supportive, and respectful work environments for its employees, and is one that is energetic and progressive. Luke is proud to be part of such an amazing team of carpenters and is looking forward to growing his career with TCF contracting
